  3. Orders All orders must be placed through our website or in-store. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We will confirm your order via email, phone or in person.
  4. Pricing Prices are as listed on our website or in-store at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any changes will be communicated before your order is processed.
  5. Payment Payment is required at the time of order. We accept cash, EFTPOS, direct bank deposit and bartering as forms of payment. All payments are processed securely.
  6. Delivery Delivery times may vary based on the product and service requested. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
  7. Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.
  8. Warranty We stand by the quality of our products. If a product is defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

1 – Scope & Lead Time
Our works include:
Digital proof/design, specified materials, and labour
Standard lead time: 10 – 14 business days from receipt of payment and digital copy of your certificate/document (exclusive of delivery/postage times)

2 – Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
A digital copy of your certificate/document will act as a proof, and confirms all text, layout, spelling, dates, dimensions, and design elements.
No changes can be made to the data/design of original document, and the engraving process is irreversible.

3 – Delivery & Shipping
Lead time is an estimate—any delay due to supply or external issues may extend the timeline.
Postage to a postal address within Australia is included, with tracking to be provided by Australia Post.

4 – Liability & Indemnity
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to indemnify us for any legal claims arising from infringement of intellectual property or supplied errors.
