Scope & Lead Time
Our works include:
Digital proof/design, specified materials, and labour
Standard lead time: 10 – 14 business days from receipt of payment and digital copy of your certificate/document (exclusive of delivery/postage times)

Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
A digital copy of your certificate/document will act as a proof, and confirms all text, layout, spelling, dates, dimensions, and design elements.
No changes can be made to the data/design of original document, and the engraving process is irreversible.

Delivery & Shipping
Lead time is an estimate—any delay due to supply or external issues may extend the timeline.
Postage to a postal address within Australia is included, with tracking to be provided by Australia Post.

We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to indemnify us for any legal claims arising from infringement of intellectual property or supplied errors.
