What Our Clients Say

We had our son’s Yeti engraved and every detail from drop off to discussing design was precise and easy. Robert was great at communicating and making us aware of options, nothing was too hard or annoying. Any questions we had were answered and we had the water bottle back very quickly! We will definitely be using Lazertek’s services in the future! 😃 Thank you again, we will have one very happy little boy that’s now ready for Kindy.

Highly recommend Robert! We have had numerous trophies engraved in the past few years and he always does an amazing job! His charges are very reasonable and his attention to detail is meticulous. He even suggested we redo the banner on a perpetual shield and produced an excellent result and at no charge!

Lazertek Australia was a great find. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. Most importantly, we were able to phone and talk to Robert instead of having to communicate via an internet form. We were able to make minor adjustments to the draft and are delighted with our order. A big plus for a quality Australian product, and quality efficient Australian service. Lazertek Australia will be our go to for future needs

Great business to deal with. Prompt reply to any of my enquiries. Updates along the way. Quick process and delivery. Great work, very happy with our medallions

Robert was friendly and provided our stainless steel machinery name plate with a fast turnaround, the name plate looked good and was suitable for our purposes!

Our club, Rotary Club of Toowoomba South has been using Lazertek for many years. The location is easy to get to and parking is good. The service is always good and we’ll keep coming back for many more years. Thanks Robert!

Due to a bad experience elsewhere, I put out an S.O.S call to Lazertek. I needed a special plaque made up within 2 days. The plaque was perfect. I cannot reccomend Lazertek highly enough. They go above and beyond their customer service standards. It's refreshing to know customer service at this level certainly exists with Lazertek. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. A no fuss instant resolution to my nightmare.

Friendly individualised customer service, open to customised projects with attention to quality. Easy to communicate with remotely. Committed to completing project on time. Definitely the Lazertek customised engraving on a vintage cream complimented a special wow impact of memories. Thanks so much Mark.

Exceptional customer service! Thank you for accommodating our requests for the end of the school year gifts and trophies. The pen sets look amazing!

One of the best plaque makers in town! Always understanding customer needs and deliver the orders on time. Will give this place 10 stars if I could!

Recently had a name tag made by new owners Robert and Sharon. All went smoothly with great communication and service. Definitely will use these guys again.

Fabulous service, squeezed in my job and saved the day, and the laser engraved takeaway cups looked amazing! 100% use Lazertek again, lovely people, great service and great finished product!

Robert & Sharon were incredibly helpful and although they didn’t have an image of exactly what I wanted while instore, they promptly emailed options through within the next 24-48 hours. It was nice to experience old school customer service. Would highly recommend.
